Billigelogvvs is an e-commerce company dedicated to offering plumbing products at competitive prices. Foecon has been responsible for the creation of the webshop, implementation of inventory management and price files, as well as the execution of marketing and subsequent maintenance.
The challenge
At the beginning of January 2023, Billigelogvvs was facing significant challenges. As a brand new company, they lacked direction and their webshop was not yet established. The lack of a website, order management and other necessary elements for a successful webshop created complexity. Furthermore, they operate in a competitive market, which made it crucial to create a streamlined process from customers to handling orders.

The solution
To address these challenges, Billigelogvvs partnered with Foecon to develop a data-centric strategy that would track conversions across channels and give them a holistic understanding of their marketing effectiveness. The result was a user-friendly platform that not only ensured a seamless customer experience, but also made it easy to manage orders. After creating the webshop and implementing solutions, the next focus was to develop a long-term data-driven strategy focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. The analysis of the customer journey identified action points for traffic to the website. Through affiliate marketing, databases were created with ready-to-buy customers, which for a long time drove the majority of sales. At the same time, automated content marketing became an integral part of the strategy to continuously exploit the opportunities. In October 2023, a full-funnel Google Ads setup was initiated with a focus on a healthy but aggressive strategy to create a sustainable and profitable business. With the long-term strategy, Billigelogvvs has managed to generate a turnover of over 1.1 million. DKK and achieve satisfaction with over 950 customers. The long-term and sustainable strategy also includes SEO efforts and content marketing, which in the long term will be a supporting pillar for the webshop. The expectation is that Billigelogvvs will establish itself as a significant player in the large market in 2024. We look forward to continuing the long-term and successful cooperation.
